Pineapple Ice Box Cake

1 cup of sugar,
1/2 cup of melted butter,
2 tablespoons of cream or milk,
2 egg yolks,
1 cup of crushed pineapple (drained),
3 tablespoons of pineapple juice
2 egg whites (beaten),
Graham crackers rolled finely (about 8).

Cream butter and sugar. Cook yolks and cream over hot water until thick. Add sugar and butter. Add pineapple and juice. Lastly fold in beaten egg whites (about 1/2 of it). Put layer of Graham cracker crumbs. Thin mixture with balance of crumbs on top. Chill and serve with whipped cream on top
